Students throughout college tend to have a complicated and hard ability to balance between night life and work, through his explanation we have uncovered that it is very possible. His philosophy is all about discover, something that many young adults are afraid of. Risk taking is something that has been taught throughout your life and has been asserted as values necessary for evolving. Nevertheless we as young adults tend to forget the importance of risk and instead focus on conforming and not staying average. 

Hatim has analyzed a problem throughout his experience in Madrid which is the lack of diversity in music in nightclubs. Madrid is a very diverse city with multiple different tastes in music, therefore he decided to find a solution and to create his event planning business in order to diversify the music and to target a very international and diverse audience. Furthermore he highlighted the significance of balance and adaptation, for him it is essential to put his business as second to his studies and to make it a passion in order for him to enjoy it more, for Hatim balance is essential and without it, there cannot be a possibility of success. Moreover adaptation is also as significant because as we are witnessing history throughout this pandemic, nightife has never been so restrained. Therefore it is essential to adapt in these types of situations. With covid his creativity has continued and has surpassed multiple expectations as demand was still very high. He decided again to risk and to adapt to this situation in order to create and forge something worthwhile. Being a risk taker and a strong willed person he has forged numerous connections and a form of networking has been present. This has therefore allowed for growth and has promised for change and development in his sector. 

    Finally it is essential for people to risk in order to thrive, people who do not risk will not achieve their goals. The creative industry is a concept that is beautiful from the outside, however it is a very complicated industry, with a need to create something worthwhile and something that would work. Nevertheless not to worry with the perfect balance between risk and adaptation, finding your passion will without a doubt be something that many will achieve.
